We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and experience with The Whole Bride. Our team are always on hand to discuss your needs, and you can process returns through our online system.
Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery of your products. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept a return. This is also due to many of our products containing biodegradable qualities.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags still attached, and in original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
We accept both refunds and exchange for store credit within the 30 day period.

Refunds on full price items
Once you've filled in a returns request please allow 5 working days for it to be processed. Please note refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear back in your account once you finalise the returns process. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refunds are available for products purchased at full price (even if purchased during a promotional period). A refund will be processed for the amount paid for the product.
Refunds on sale items
We do not offer refunds on sale items. They are final clearance items.

If you change your mind about these products, a store credit will be processed for the amount paid for the product. We do not offer refunds on these products.

BIODEGRADABLE CONFETTI
The perfect eco-friendly solution for your wedding, for the eco-friendly couple.
It lasts for up to 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place.
It is completely biodegradable and water-soluble, as it is made from rice paper. This means it is light weight, and it floats in the air a lot longer than other alternatives (e.g. rose petals), so you can create those magic confetti photos!
It's also mess free, as it will dissolve with water so you can hose it away or let nature do its thing. It is best used outdoors.
