Our 100% silk habotai alpine ribbon comes in both 3 meters + 5 metres in length, and 5cm in width. 

This ribbon is ultra soft and floats beautifully from your bouquet. It is hand wound around a wooden spool, meaning that you shouldn't need to iron your product prior to using it on your wedding day. 

The ribbons are made to be very slightly frayed on the edge, but no so much that you will have loose threads come away from the ribbon. 

As our ribbons are hand dyed, there may be subtle differences from one spool to the next.

How much do I need to purchase to wrap around my bouquet?
This is one of our most common questions we receive here at The Whole Bride. We would recommend around 1 metre per bouquet to get that soft, floaty look. If you would like the ribbon to be extra long from your bouquet, you can go up to 1.5 metres per bouquet. 

     
    The Whole Bride ships from Australia, and ships worldwide. 

    All orders are sent via Australia Post, TNT and Fedex depending on what is selected at checkout. 

    Orders placed on our website are processed for delivery within 3-5 business days. If you purchased your order during or after a sale period, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and packing. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via the email address provided at checkout. 

    AUSTRALIA POST - AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
    Standard shipping (5-7 days* except WA)
    - Up to $125.00 = $7.50
    - Over $125.00 = Free
    *Please note: Sparklers will have additional shipping charges that apply due to weight and shipping regulations and are excluded from free shipping offers.*

    Express shipping (1-3 days* except WA)
    - Up to $95 = $11.00
    - Between $95.00 -$140.00 = $8.00
    Between $140.00 - $200 = $2.95
    - Over $200 = free

    Regular Post 
    Allow 5-7 business days after dispatch notification for your item to arrive.

    These orders will be sent to Australian Post's Express Service, and take 1-3 business days to arrive after dispatch.

    TNT
    Overnight Express - If order placed by 11am AEST, it will be shipped the same working day. Delivery times as per TNT website (usually 1-2 days after dispatch depending on regionality). 

    Road Express - Please allow 1-3 business days for dispatch. Delivery times as per TNT website. 

    AUSTRALIA POST - NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
    Current AUS Post shipping estimates:

    • Express 6-10 business days
    • Standard 8-14 business days

    - Regular shipping fee starting at $9.95 AUD for orders up to 500gms. 
    - Regular shipping fee of $14.95 AUD for orders between 0.5-1kg
    - Regular shipping fee of $23.95 AUD for orders between 1-2kg. 
    - Free regular shipping on orders over $150 AUD
    - Express options available
    - Heavy goods over 2.5kg will have a $18.95 shipping fee


    International Orders
    Due to COVID-19 our international orders may encounter delays. Please contact our team if you require your international order by a certain date.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any orders that are delayed via the postal service which are beyond our control. Please be assured that are team are working hard behind the scenes to get your packages out as quickly as possible to mitigate any postal service delays**

    Please note, the following products unfortunately can't be shipped internationally due to shipping regulations: Sparklers, Confetti Cannons, Emergency Kits, Bridesmaid Boxes + Prosecco.

    Sales Tax
    Australian customers will have the standard 10% GST included in their order. International customers' orders are GST-free. Please note that your local customs office may charge duties & taxes for products ordered outside of your country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not prepaid by The Whole Bride. Please check with your local customs office prior to placing your order to avoid unwanted extra charges. 


    All orders ship from The Whole Bride in Tweed Heads South, NSW. 

    Returns and Refunds 

    We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from our online store. We offer eligible returns a full refund of the product price within 30 days of receiving the order.

    Our policy is strictly 30 days, and has been set with our biodegradable products and packaging in mind. If your return is outside of 30 days, unfortunately we cannot approve your request. To be eligible for a return your product must be unused, unopened, and with all tags still attached. 

    Please note we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on;
    JEWELLERY (due to hygiene reasons)

    Products not available for return if change of mind due to shipping regulations;

    Products available for a store credit if change of mind;

    Refunds on full price items

    Once you've filled in a return request please allow 5 working days for it to be assessed. Once we approve your request, you will be emailed instructions on how to send the products back to us.

    Once we receive your order in our warehouse, we will process your refund if the items are deemed to be in the original condition within 3-5 business days. Please note refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method.

    Please allow up to 3-5 days for the refund to appear back in your account once you finalise the returns process. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

    Refunds are available for products purchased at full price (even if purchased during a promotional period). A refund will be processed for the amount paid for the product.

    Refunds on sale items
    We do not offer refunds on sale items. They are final clearance items.

    Postage
    The customer is responsible for postage costs incurred to send items back to The Whole Bride.

    Exchanges
    We don't accept direct exchanges. Instead we will issue you a store credit to re-purchase your desired item/s.
