SECONDS SALE // Our much anticipated seconds are here. 
Rather than send this very usable products to landfill, we have decided to sell them as seconds. We have a limited number of products available to purchase at or below replacement costs.

     All of our seconds items are non-refundable, and not available to exchange.

    Our 100% silk habotai cream ribbon comes in various lengths and widths. 

    This ribbon is ultra soft, and floats beautifully from your bouquet. It is hand wound around a wooden spool, meaning that you shouldn't need to iron your product prior to using it on your wedding day. 

    The ribbons are made to be very slightly frayed on the edge, but no so much that you will have loose threads come away from the ribbon. 

    As our ribbons are hand dyed, there may be subtle differences from one spool to the next.

    How much do I need to purchase to wrap around my bouquet?
    This is one of our most common questions we receive here at The Whole Bride. We would recommend around 1 metre per bouquet to get that soft, floaty look. If you would like the ribbon to be extra long from your bouquet, you can go up to 1.5 metres per bouquet.

      The Whole Bride ships from Australia, and ships worldwide. 

      All orders are sent via Australia Post's Regular Service within Australia, and then via third party postage services connected with Australia Post for global destinations.

      Placed orders on our website are processed for delivery within 48 hours. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. 

      **Please note that there might be some delays due to COVID-19, you will be sent tracking as soon as your order has been shipped. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any orders that are delayed via the postal service which are beyond our control. Please be assured that are team are working hard behind the scenes to get your packages out as quickly as possible to mitigate any postal service delays**

      AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
      - Postage fee of $7.50 (regular) or $11.00 (express) for orders under $95
      - Orders over $95 have free regular postage 
      - Express shipping is reduced to $5 for orders over $95
      - Free express postage on orders over $125
      - Free shipping excluded for any orders containing sparklers (due to regulations and weights)
      - Postage fee of $19.95 for heavy goods over 3kg

      Allow 3-5 business days after dispatch notification for your item to arrive.

      Express Post

      These orders will be sent to Australian Post's Express Service, and take 1-2 business days to arrive after dispatch.

      NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
      **Please note we are experiencing large delays getting our orders into New Zealand due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please see current shipping expectations below via Australia Post**

      • Express 8-14 business days
      • Standard 9-16 business days

      - Regular shipping fee starting at $9.95aud for orders up to 1kg. 
      - Regular shipping fee of $14.95aud for orders between 1-2.5kg. 
      - Free regular shipping on orders over $150aud

      - Heavy goods over 2.5kg will have a $18.95 shipping fee


      COVID-19 Delays
      Please monitor your local situation for any delays on postage that might arise. 

      International Orders
      Due to COVID-19 our international orders may encounter delays. Please contact our team if you require your international order by a certain date.

      Urgent Orders
      We know that sometimes you need something in a hurry. If you need your products urgently for a wedding, use our chat box to speak to our team to make sure we deliver them to you immediately. 

      All orders ship from The Whole Bride in Casuarina NSW. 

      We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and experience with The Whole Bride. Our team are always on hand to discuss your needs, and you can process returns through our online system. 

      Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery of your products. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags still attached, and in original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

      We accept both refunds and exchange for store credit within the 30 day period.

      Refunds on full price items
      Please note refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear back in your account once you finalise the returns process. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

      Refunds are available for products purchased at full price (even if purchased during a promotional period). A refund will be processed for the amount paid for the product.

      Refunds on sale items
      We do not offer refunds on sale items. They are final clearance items. 

      Return of earrings
      Due to hygiene and health and safety reasons, we do not accept change of mind return requests.

      Postage
      The customer is responsible for postage costs incurred to send items back to The Whole Bride. 

      Exchanges
      We don't accept direct exchanges. Instead we will issue you a store credit to re-purchase your desired item/s.
