We provide free shipping on orders within Australia over $125.

Please note that sparklers and cannons can only be shipped by regular road transport, due to regulations within Australia. We are unable to send these items overseas.

You may find an express road option at checkout for your postcode which would be the fastest mode of delivery.

Our team are committed to sending out our orders as soon as possible.

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to dispatch from our warehouse after purchase. Unless you select our priority shipping service, where it will be shipped the same day if ordered prior to 11am AEST. 

During sale events, please allow an extra 4 business days for your order to dispatch.

We strongly recommend selecting priority or express if you need your item quickly, or your wedding is approaching.

You can also contact our team prior to checking out to see if your items will arrive before your wedding day.

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the carrier and you will receive tracking as soon as it sends.

We will prioritise the send of TNT orders, and they will be sent within 1 business day of the order being placed.

TNT Road Express - lease allow 2-3 business days for deliver between large cities. Up to 5 business days for other locations.

TNT Air Express - Please allow 1-2 business days for deliver between large cities. Up to business 3 days for other locations.

Regular shipping fee starting at $9.95 AUD for orders up to 500gms. 

Regular shipping fee of $14.95 AUD for orders between 0.5-1kg.

Regular shipping fee of $23.95 AUD for orders between 1-2kg. 

Free regular shipping on NZ orders over $150 AUD.

Express options available.

Heavy goods over 2.5kg will have a $18.95 shipping fee.

Please note the following products unfortunately can't be shipped internationally due to shipping regulations: Sparklers, Confetti Cannons, Emergency Kits, Bridesmaid Boxes + Prosecco.

Australian customers will have the standard 10% GST included in their order. International customers' orders are GST-free. Please note that your local customs office may charge duties & taxes for products ordered outside of your country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not prepaid by The Whole Bride. Please check with your local customs office prior to placing your order to avoid unwanted extra charges. 

All orders ship from The Whole Bride in Tweed Heads South, NSW. 

We ship internationally with Australia Post and Fedex.
