Our Return Vibe
We want you to love everything you order from The Whole Bride. If something’s not quite right, eligible items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ve set this 30-day policy with our biodegradable products and eco-friendly packaging in mind, so it’s strict for a reason! If your request comes in after the 30 days, sadly we can’t accept it.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused
- It must be in its original packaging
- Tags and labels must still be attached
Refunds on Full-Priced Items
Once you submit your return request, give us up to 5 business days to review it. If it’s approved, we’ll send you an email with all the steps to send your goodies back.
- If you used a discount code, grabbed a deal on a full-priced item, or bundled up your products you’re still eligible for a refund unless we say otherwise on the product.
- Once we receive your return and confirm everything’s in original condition, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method and you’ll get a confirmation email when it’s done.
Just a heads up, it may take another 3–5 business days for the funds to land back in your account. Original shipping costs are not included in the refund.
Refunds on Clearance Items
Items marked as clearance or discontinued are final sale. No refunds or returns on these. It’ll be clearly stated on the product page. Everything else? Eligible for a refund, easy.

Postage Costs
We’re a small biz trying to do big things, so return postage is on you. If you need to send something back, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost through your local post office.
Exchanges
We don’t do direct swaps right now. Instead, we’ll issue you a store credit or refund so you can re-purchase whatever you had your eye on.

Returns FAQ
Who is responsible for postage?
If you would like to return items to us for change of mind, then the customer is responsible for the cost of postage back to our warehouse. If your items are incorrect or faulty, then you will receive a prepaid returns label from our team.
How long will the refund take?
Once your order has been received by our team, please allow 5 days to inspect the products. Then the refund will take about 3-5 business days to appear back to the same method of payment. You will receive an email notification as soon as we process the refund.
How will I be refunded?
The refund will be made via the original payment method on our website. We are unable to change the account details or payment method attached to the original order.
Can I exchange my products?
At this time we don’t offer an exchange service. We would recommend purchasing the products you would like, while you await your refund.
What happens if I have received a faulty product?
This is very rare, but it can happen. We will provide you with a replacement product as soon as possible. If we are out of stock of your purchased item, we will provide a full refund.
If the delivery missed my wedding date, can I return it?
Absolutely. The return just needs to happen within 30 days. There are some items that are exempt from return, including sparklers, cannons, umbrellas, jewellery and clearance/sale products.
If my parcel was returned to sender, how do I arrange a re-delivery?
If your parcel is sent back to us, we can arrange to have it resent to you. Our team will send you a link to complete payment for the re-delivery fee.
I bought a clearance/sale item, can I return it?
Unfortunately clearance and sale items are final purchase.
My order was 30 days ago, am I able to still return it?
Our policy is strictly 30 days, and has been set with our biodegradable products and packaging in mind. If your return is outside of 30 days, unfortunately we cannot approve your request.
What happens if the returned item/s don’t match the same condition as the products
Unfortunately your return may be rejected if the products aren’t returned in the same condition as they were received.
