Shipping policy

The Whole Bride ships from Australia. Shipping can be made within Australia and to New Zealand. SEE SHIPPING FAQ HERE

**PLEASE NOTE, that there will be delayed dispatch times during sale periods**

Our team are committed to sending out our orders as soon as possible.
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday.

1) Priority orders will dispatch from our warehouse on the same day, if ordered before 11am AEST.

2) Express orders, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to dispatch.

3) Standard orders, please allow 4-5 business days for orders to dispatch.

During sale events, please allow an extra 7 business days for your standard orders to dispatch. Priority and express will dispatch as per normal.

We strongly recommend selecting priority or express if you need your item quickly, or your wedding is approaching.
