Some couples run from the rain – Carlie and Kaleb danced in it.
There’s something extra special about a couple who leans into whatever the day brings – and for Carlie and Kaleb, that meant embracing a little wet weather with wide smiles and open hearts. Their beautiful wedding at Summergrove Estate in the Northern NSW hinterland was filled with rolling green hills, low cloud cover, and cosy, romantic vibes from start to finish. Their day had that dreamy, cinematic feel you just can’t plan for – and they embraced every minute of it.
Before saying "I do", Carlie and Kaleb exchanged heartfelt letters using our Linen Cards – ‘To My Almost Husband’ and ‘To My Beautiful Bride’. Printed on luxurious 300gsm textured linen card and finished with rose gold foil in our signature font, these cards were the perfect way to capture and share those pre-ceremony feelings. Sweet, simple, and meaningful – it’s a beautiful pause in an otherwise busy day, and a memory to treasure forever.
Carlie and Kaleb held their ceremony in the beautiful white chapel at Summergrove Estate, surrounded by loved ones and the misty hinterland just outside. For their vows, they used our Linen Vow Cards with Silk Ribbon in Pure White – a simple yet elegant detail for such a meaningful moment. These vow cards looked stunning in flat lays and ceremony photos, and are the perfect way to hold onto your handwritten promises for years to come.
With soft clouds floating above the hills and gentle rain falling throughout the afternoon, the couple embraced the romantic atmosphere with the help of our Clear Umbrellas. These chic, practical wedding essentials kept everyone dry while still letting the dreamy backdrop shine through. Whether you’re expecting showers or just planning ahead, these umbrellas are a must-have for a rainy day wedding – they add a timeless, editorial look without distracting from the moment.
Originally planned as a ceremony exit, Carlie and Kaleb saved their confetti moment for the start of the reception – and we’re officially obsessed with this idea. The crisp white biodegradable confetti set the tone for the night ahead: joyful, fun, and a little bit extra (in the best way). A few Confetti Cannons were also used during bridal party photos, adding bursts of celebration and energy. It was the perfect way to kick off the party and get everyone smiling.
Carlie and Kaleb’s wedding proves that a little rain doesn’t have to mean changing your vision – sometimes, it makes everything even more beautiful. With a positive attitude (and a few thoughtful touches from The Whole Bride), their day was full of style, sentiment, and unforgettable moments. From linen vow cards to clear umbrellas and confetti cannons, every detail played a part in bringing their rainy day wedding dream to life.
