Wholesale Terms

PRICING
Once you have created a wholesale account, you will be able to view wholesale pricing on our website upon login to your account. All wholesale items are 40% off RRP. You are required to set pricing at RRP or above, once you receive stock.

MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT
A minimum order spend of $200 applies for to all wholesale order.

PAYMENT TERMS
All orders must be paid in-full before shipping unless previously agreed.  

SHIPPING
Shipping is via Australia Post. All wholesale orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $15.95. Wholesale orders are dispatched within 1-2 days of order payment.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of good for change of mind. We DO NOT accept the return of unsold goods.

LIABILITY
The Whole Bride cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.

AGREEMENT OF TERMS
By placing an order with The Whole Bride you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
