Wholesale Information

 We are so excited to welcome you to our Wholesale Team! You can find all of the information you might need to know about being a TWB Wholesaler below.


1. Minimum Order Value 
A minimum order spend of $300 applies to all wholesale orders.

2. How to place order
Login to your wholesale account here

Once you have logged in, all products will display at wholesale pricing. Once you complete the checkout process we will ship your order as soon as possible. If you are having any problems, please email us at hello@thewholebride.com for assistance. Please note that we are unable to ship your items until you complete the checkout process, as we hold live inventory. 

3. Recommended Retail Price (RRP)
Products or goods purchased from The Whole Bride can only be sold at the our recommended retail price (RRP) which you can find on our retail website. In the event the Wholesaler chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesaler shall not discount the products more than 15% below RRP. 

Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesaler must be requested in writing to The Whole Bride and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.

4. Online Resellers/Retailers
Unfortunately at this stage we will not be offering a wholesale program to online resellers and online retailers. 

5. Physical Retailers
If you are an approved physical retailer, you must sell The Whole Bride products in their original packaging and at RRP. We are unable to sell products on consignment. 

Physical Retailers will only be approved if they plan to sell our products in original condition at the RRP. We are unable to approve Physical Retailers that are looking to repackage or rebrand our stock to their own branding. 

6. Trade Clients
Trade clients include anyone that works within the industry that are purchasing our products to use at client events and weddings. Our trade clients are welcome to purchase anything at 40% off RRP, with no requirement to re-sell or credit us. Trade clients include venues, planners, stylists, photographers, florists, and anyone who may want to use our products. 

7. Wholesale Pricing 
All prices are listed in AUD dollars. All authorised retailers will receive 40% off the RRP, plus the cost of shipping. Trade clients (florists, stylists, venues etc.) will also receive 40% off the RRP, plus the cost of shipping.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Not all products are included. 

8. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for change of mind. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, with tags still attached, and in original condition. Items must also be in the original packaging. We accept both refunds and exchange for store credit.

We do not accept the return of unsold goods after the 30 day return period. 

9. Payments
The Whole Bride accepts credit card, PayPal and EFT payments. Afterpay is not available on wholesale orders.

All orders must be completed online via our wholesale login, and goods will not be sent until full payment is received. 

10. Shipping
Shipping for wholesale orders are offered at a percentage rate of 5% of the order total. All wholesale orders are shipped using regular post, however, if you need your order urgently please contact our team to ensure we can hit your deadline. 

Once you reach a $600 spend, shipping is free. 

11. Delivery Window 
Please allow at least 10 days from the time of placing your order to receive it. If you require it urgently, please contact our team. 

12. Damages and Defects
Please contact our team should your goods arrived damaged or with defects, and we will arrange new products to be sent to you.

You can find a collection of our approved images here.

If you require a photo of a product that is not included in this collection of photos, please contact us at hello@thewholebride.com for assistance.

We are unable to supply real wedding images as we don’t have third party agreements in place to use the photos for advertising purposes.

2. Social Media Sharing
When posting our approved imagery, please tag @thewholebride on the image, as well as in the caption of any posts. All other relevant suppliers must also be tagged in the caption. 

You can find all relevant supplier credits in PDF saved with images.

When sharing our approved imagery on stories, @thewholebride must also be visibly tagged.

We encourage you to create your own photography content, as we are unable to supply imagery beyond our styled shoot images as supplied.
